International Week Florida

Earn a Certificate of Completion in Innovation Management, awarded by Harson University in partnership with Florida Atlantic University (FAU).

Florida Atlantic University (FAU) is a public university located in Boca Raton, Florida, recognized for its focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and global leadership. It stands out for its high-quality academic programs and commitment to international education.

Who is this course for?

Undergraduate and graduate students and alumni interested in strengthening their skills in innovation, creativity, and organizational management.

What does it include?

    • A 40-hour, one week, in-person course, with activities 100% in Spanish.
    • Guided visits to two leading companies in the technology and innovation sectors.
    • Dual Certificates of Completion from Harson University and Florida Atlantic University.
    • 4 hours of continuing education credit (CEUs – Continuing Education Units).
    • Receive experiential learning credit for the following courses in Harson University degree programs.
      • Creativity and Innovation course (in the Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship)
      • Digital Business Transformation course (in the Master in Business Administration)
      • Innovation and Value Creation course (in the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management)
    • Welcome pack and coffee breaks throughout the program.

Innovation Management

A course resulting in a capstone project, where you will apply what you have learned to create innovative solutions through three modules:

  1. Creativity & Ideation
     Methodologies and case studies designed to foster creativity as the foundation of innovation.
  2. Rethinking Organizational Models
     A critical analysis of organizational model feasibility and redesign.
  3. Designing & Managing Innovation Ecosystems
     Planning and management of innovation ecosystems.
